Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger entanglement

We use Python Qutip to model the setup which was used in ref 1 to create entanglement between three spatially separated photons. The end goal is to mimic the correlation between photon detection events at the single photon detectors which is observed by the authors of the reference article. What is interesting is that model does indeed predict the observed correlation, but that it leads to a questions as to whether the pure GHZ state indeed has been created.
